This compilation organizes and publishes the results of various analyses conducted on a total of 13 full-core samples drilled between 2014 and 2023 years for the purpose of investigating the hydrogeological structures and conducting three-dimensional, large-scale groundwater flow and heat transport analyses of sedimental plains and basins across Japan .
