ベレムナイト（箭石）類 Belemnites

 ベレムナイト類は，三畳紀に現れて白亜紀末に絶滅したグループです．イカに近い仲間だったと考えられています．この化石は「矢石／箭石」とも呼ばれます．
 Belemnites are a group that appeared in the Triassic and became extinct at the end of the Cretaceous. They are thought to have been closely related to squids. This fossil is also called "yaishi" intend arrowstone.
