@This species is a representative of the newly proposed Stoliczkaia (Lamnayella) japonica Assemblage Zone of the Lower Cenomanian in the Soeushinai area, northwestern Hokkaido. This Zone is situated above the basal Cenomanian Graysonites wooldridgei Zone and below the well traced Mantelliceras saxbii Zone. For details, refer to the text (p. 67-92).
