About the Software

The GeoHazardView software was developed by Joel Bandibas, Geological Survey of Japan (GSJ), National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). This software handles and manages the spatial and a-spatial geological hazard database of East Asia. The program also implements the interactive version of the Geological Hazard Maps of the aforementioned region. The paper version of the Geological Hazard Maps was published in 2002 (see Kato, 2002).
